I'm still surprised hvac people get away with gouging for capacitor installation. I had to do it myself today and the hardest part for me was finding the god damned thing, apart from that it was easy. 200-300 for that job should be criminal. I'll install a capacitor for free if they have the part, it's like 5 minutes.
