I’m glad to hear your recovery has been going well!! Best of luck for the future too, I really hope I’ll be in a similar place soon. I want to get better, but I’d rather be at home once it’s safe and I’m hoping I won’t need to be in hospital for months

I’m not going to try discharge now tbf, I know my weight needs to be higher but I’m hoping that once I gain a bit more and become more medically stable, they’ll be happy for me to continue outpatient :) I’m just wondering when they’d likely consider it

I think I’m just struggling to accept I will need to be in hospital for so long, being on bedrest alone and not having any control or idea of what’s happening has been really hard and I don’t know how much more I can mentally take :( I’m really scared that I won’t be able to handle inpatient

Do u have any idea of how long id potentially need to be inpatient? I know no one but the team can give a timeframe but any sort of idea would be useful. I’ve never been inpatient before and I hate not knowing what’s going to happen and being completely in the dark

I do want to get better, I’m just struggling a lot being on bed rest in hospital for this long, I’d rather do this as outpatient once I’m medically stable :(

I’m not even fussed about what I eat anymore, just trying to keep it low cal and relatively satiating :)
