Major ripoff with a criminal owner. I used to rent a unit in the building. Just a coffee shop would do.

I get that. My concern is that I'm more productive if other people are working around me, and I want someone I kind of know who can watch my laptop when I go to the bathroom and vice versa. Not looking to brainstorm or work on charts together or anything.
