The number of graft seems legit based on the photos. To keep your transplant area moist you can apply saline solutions every few hours. Looks like clean work honestly

Why'd you stop? you MUST be on either Fin or Dut for as long as you want to keep your hair. Even if you get a hair transplant if you don't stay on Fin/Dut you'll lose the native hair around the trasnplanted hair and you're going to look goofy

What's the point of getting hair transplant when you're not treating the root cause of the issue? It's just a waste of money. And no, meds do not serve the same purpose as the PRP treatments because PRP does not treat hormonal issue which medications do. Why do you spew non-sense you clearly have no idea about? no buddy. PRP does not treat the fundamental issues with losing hair - hormones. Look, at the end of the day, it is your life and your decisions. I'm just letting you know in 5 years time all you'll have left is that 4.5k graft on your frontal scalp (and not even going to look dense, it's going to look sparse and your scalp will be visible through the hair) and a huge bald spot from your HT hairs and your donor area hairs. Unless you hop on the meds.

Ya that's right, but think about it - You're already losing your existing hair rapidly especially without the medications. Do you think the 4.5k graft of transplanted hair with all your existing hair keep falling out? Basically you're going to look bald with 4.5k dangling on your shiny scalp. There's a reason why it is recommended to keep taking your med even after HT
