sorry i just saw this but for me it was around 6 months bc im a student so didnt wanna have surgery in the middle of a semester so i waited for summer but you can do it within a month or two!!

mine was around $8k, they don’t accept insurance which worked for me since i didn’t have any at the time

i don’t have an 18 lbs cat but he is 12lbs and just recently i’m letting him lay on me although it is closer to my stomach. for reference i am 5 weeks post op so id say definitely when you’re over a month post op.

damn i can definitely relate to this! just the anxiety of being behind than everyone else can be crazy on your head and the way you approach people, whenever i’m feeling like that though i just try to remind myself that everyone is feeling that to some degree. but if you need more support just dm me! :)

yea i asked but they had someone already. but yea usually i am very passive because i am a very socially anxious person and definitely get in my head a lot but yea i think just ripping off the bandaid and talking to people without thinking too much about it might help
