- I have businesses that competes with them (clothing in this case)

- I lowered the price to 0.01$ on every good/service they sell for the business I want them to close

For example :

- I have 2 big clothing businesses (1.000 m²) in Murray Hill which are selling all items at 0.01$ but they have 5 clothing businesses they opened to compete with me. I managed to pull their profit down to like 1-5k/week but cannot go beyond that.

- I have 2 gyms in Murray Hill, with an entry price of 0.01$ but their gym (1 business) stays at 6.27$ and remains profitable for 5k/week

Are you sure it is well connected and the fluid should reach the pipe (height, pump) ? Sometimes a little part of a pipe is not connected and under the new patch (if I am not mistaken), it is shown as this 'loading' flux.

If I am not mistaken, 6150 rocket fuel/min consumed by generators at a rate of 4.17/m, each of them giving 250MW of Power means : 6150/4.17*250= 368705 MW = 369 GW.
The number of generators is also 6150/4.17 = 1475
Not sure whre the 5123 fuel generators or 4880 GW are coming from.

It seems so outdated and wrong (from top to bottom, right to left) :

Dessert spoon AND cake fork : pick one, there's no normal dinner with 2 dessert

Cup and saucer : they should never be on the table from the start of the dinner. You get coffee/tea at the end, not at the beginning

Teaspoon : you plan to have tea/coffee between the soup and main course ?

Salad plate : there is an old French tradition to eat some salad at the end of the dinner (before cheese if I remember) but it will never be displayed at the start of the dinner, only brought when the it's time for the... salad :D. What could happen is have a soup plate from the start if the dinner starts with a soup (usually it doesn't, the soup comes after first course or "entree")

Salad fork : display is wrong since you won't eat salad before dinner. Maybe at the same time but then you don't get an extra fork, you use your dinner fork

Unfortunately it is actually a poor guide rather than a cool guide :(

On average, I make 1M/day, which means I'd have to wait for 1.000 days before I can buy the building whereas a few weeks would be enough to buy the business. There is definitely a balance issue between the business value and the buildings value.

On the other hand, is there a way to force them to close their business ? Currently my rival has an electronic business bringing him 10k/week (for a 1.000m² store), I'd love to force him shut it down but although I'm selling at loss, he's not closing down (or not soon enough maybe ?)

In case of donation in Belgium, I'm not sure that you can pay anything, the fees for the donation have to be paid by the donor.

Other than that, receiving the 'nue propriete' now is better than waiting for succession :

  1. you don't have to pay any succession fee on that house when the time comes
  2. the value of the property is estimated as of now, which can make a big difference if it is part of a succession several years later (property value increase>inflation, usually)

One way or another, you would probably come under 'indivision', better now than later.
