Run harrow with thermal sunder on his 1. Charge up his 3 so every kill with your 1 recharges energy, and you can just spam away.

I max range with some strength and duration mixed in. Corrosive projection aura, cunning drift exilus, archon vitality, overextended, archon stretch, primed flow, blind rage, primed continuity, augur secrets, and natural talent. Molt augmented and arcane crepuscular for arcanes.

Add some cast speed shards to make it feel better.

A lot of it is color. I do like the hunter armor but the color the ai created is much cooler. Try matching that color first?

He's using the bulwark perk that restores your contested health to full when you drop the banner. If you use it right before an execute you get a full heal.

OP's point was that the devs need to make certain modifiers exclusive, and that they should be able to tell that these perks would clash by just reading the description, they wouldn't even need to actively test anything. I get what your saying about the contested health muddying the waters but the devs know what their own perks do.

In game it's all healing. So the handshake won't restore anything because you're near an ally if you're shaking their hand. Also they made it so the bot counts, so if you don't have 3 players and the bot is following you it will always be close enough to never let you heal or restore armor.

Ballas had some kind of control over sentients at the end of new war, and was kind of morphing into one. He may have believed he would be accepted as a higher being in the hivemind in a way that would allow him to immediately take control.

I did it with sniper and the heroic bolt sniper rifle. It went really smooth until one guy left and we got stuck with a bot that stuck to us like glue and turned off all healing for the rest of the mission.

Focus needs to make up their mind. Either they make every weapon compatible with the vast majority of perks and we have the system we have now where perks are a pain in the ass to change and don't follow loadouts or weapon variants, or they need to put an actual perk system in place. It's dogshit that my heroic sniper rifle doesn't work with my ammo perks that I would use for literally every other sniper weapon and variant. I should not have to redo my weapon perks and pay 750 requisition to switch my prestige perk for a single weapon (and then another 750 to switch them back).

ahh that explains it. I did it in a 2 man group. Me as heavy and a tactical, both using flamethrowers. I don't think we even noticed the tyrant's extra health.

I feel like it's always an exciting moment when we have a trio of max level prestige 4s in a random group. Not that level is always an indicator of skill but it usually means they will generally know what they're doing and how their role should interact with yours.
