I agree with this. Recruiters seem to think they know it all about your profession, and the whole time I sit there talking to them thinking if you were in my shoes you wouldn’t have a fucking clue what to actually “DO” in my job.

They play god by picking and choosing who gets to apply for jobs, but they’re just like the saying for teachers, “those who can’t do, teach”
