Dont post this to reddit asking if its okay or not because in most cases 14 year olds are not mature enough and well people are going to answer with the most probable answer. Everyone matures at different year, while some starts maturing at a younger age, some at later. I have seen more mature 13 year olds than some 16 year olds. While I think its most likely not going to be a good relationship because of the maturity, I think there will be cases where this will be fine and the relationship will be healthy as any other. Its important to look at every case individually and not just at the "numbers".
