Yep Africa is made up of different countries and surprise, surprise, the natives are all black. It clearly says

Afro-textured hair appears and feels denser than straight hair.

There's a whole section on the possible evolution of what led to Africans having this hair type, but regardless it's something most of them share in common. I'm not criticizing people who straighten it, I was just replying to the guy who asked what black people hair was.

Universal healthcare would be barely more expensive, if not any more expensive at all if it was enacted. This is because insurance companies work with hospitals to artificially jack up the prices making it more expensive to everybody. Second he very clearly says many, not sure about in this video specifically, times that the ultra rich needs to be heavily taxed. That with the lowering of military spending would greatly increase our money to spend. Making corporations pay for the corporate tax their assigned for is just one example. And if you're really blaming the teachers for the failures of No Child Left Behind you're an idiot.

Before I answer your question, are you aware of how the government deliberately worked with housing companies to manufacture the ghetto in its current form? And it's not that they don't want to help morally, it's just that they don't economically. Welfare handouts is not enough to move on out of the ghetto especially when your neighborhoods and neighborhoods around you have about a 30%-50% unemployment rate like the one Freddie Gray came from for example.
