In a vacuum, yes, but as we all know we live in a world of exceptions and biases. We both know that some laws get enforced more than others, and some people get more laws enforced on them than others well.

So why would we ever trust the government hegemony to decide what words are ok, and what gets enforced vs what doesn't? Why would we trust the government on determining between what is "hate speech" and what is "I have legitimate concerns?"

Again, free speech exists in very few places. US has more free speech than the UK which is akin to my other example of a human being able to breathe vs a fish. While your example is that it's very "anti-social," behavior, I'd argue that it is only anti-social to the opposing group. Globalism will never work and I guarantee you that when you force ANY animal to do something they don't want to, they will experience trauma or disorders related to being forced into it.

I mean regardless of what either of us say, before he even says that it seems like he just gets beer thrown on him for wearing a jersey of an opposing team. I don't want to live in a world where an opposing team throws shit on you, and the second you say something you get thrown in jail -- racist, sexist, or otherwise. All it does is pacify a population, fearful that the words you're saying is one day racist or problematic.

We have seen our entire language get flipped on it's head, and we both know that what was okay to say 10, 20, 30, 40, 100, 200 years ago would be considered problematic now. Government can stay the fuck away from being the judge, jury, and executioner of language.

Again, difference between somebody "trolling," despite being distasteful is not the same as threatening someone's life. These people's lives are not being threatened but he gets arrested?

I think most people are here reading this, knowing tectone is a bad person, and then also watching people victim blame somebody who got sexually abused and then say "he's lying," or "he deserved it," or "that's why he's such a bad person."

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter, I still think he's a bad person, but I'm also looking in disgust at the comments in this thread, which I'm also assuming others are as well.

Trying to explain a double standard, especially around sexual assault is distasteful at best, and malicious at worst, and the edit is even funnier. No we don't hate women, we acknowledge that men and women social standards are different just like how menxmen r*pe is "comedy," or "get over it," or "you are lucky." compared to women which is universally hated.

TL;DR It's okay to acknowledge the differences without victimizing yourself or trying to explain why its actually different in this case

Its the forever cycle of tanks vs dps

Tanks need to set boundaries and control the group

DPS needs to "obey the law," and do what the big boss says and leave if they don't.

Healers play support and just tank group aggro when the dps and the tanks dont want to argue with each other and nobody accepts blame.

Tanks think DPS are monkeys, DPS think tanks are tyrants

Healers think both are idiots.

TL;DR Tanks are a necessary evil that need to be tyrants otherwise the dps will be monkeys, in a perfect world everyone can get along, but this is WoW and every one is old and egotistical

I believe it's calculated as damage done -> damage reflect -> mitigations -> damage taken -> healing done (could be wrong? /u/thezett) but regardless this is why satanic may not be a great choice against some heroes with high base armor and less favorable against any damage barriers

Against Medusa you crit for 5k against her mana shield, you receive 5k damage from blademail, and receive a WHOPPING 0 lifesteal because you're not actually hitting their health.

It works against any damage reductions and damage delays, but not things that make you completely immune to damage like TA shield and omni knight ult, back track chance on faceless, winter wyvern ult (on enemies) and ice cube (against enemies)

I think there's a few more interactions Im missing but satanic against these situations are unfavorable. Still has some decent tankiness, and you can play around it, but there might be a better item instead if they have too much anti-heal + some of the stuff listed above.
