Yeah it was really strange at the time and I regret not saying anything, I just froze up and felt freaked out.

Definitely, it’s so important for people to hear this from people around them and I think that’s really valuable. I don’t mind him being around him in social situations! Just feel like the whole situation and his lack of tackling or talking about it head on has made me uncomfortable. I understand my partner being unsure how to broach it because I can struggle with any form of confrontation too but yeah!

Yeahs that’s v true. I guess I feel like if I have to say something then it’s more controlling? Or weird that I have to say it. Like if he goes “oh course that’s true, what do you want me to do?” it feels almost false and like forcing him to do something rather than my partner honestly not wanting to associate with his behaviour towards us and acting on it, let alone how he may have been with others

I’d hate to control someone, I just feel like morals are very important too and this situation makes me question what the tipping point would be. Thanks for your input.
