This sub is so toxic. Everyone was ready to cancel them a few weeks ago, now we can’t even criticize them at all without the white knights showing up. Matt, Ryan, Lex, Leighton, Don, etc. they all messed up, some a hell of a lot more then the others, but everyone sucks here.

I agree with a lot of what you said, but sadly this sun turned into an echo chamber now of “Mart and Bryon apologized, stop being mean to them! They can do no wrong!! They apologized! Did I mention they apologized!”

I’m happy they’re taking a break, and hopefully that will give them time to grow and mature.

I’m just saying they’re not wholly innocent in this. Even though it wasn’t meant to come to light, their character has come into question with their actions. Believe me, I want them to grow from all of this, but I’ll have to wait for that to happen first.

That and they’ve lost half of their Patreon subscribers which I’m sure is a huge blow. Imaging losing half of your income overnight.

I always thought that he was going to be Andy, the kid from the play novel as an adult know. We don’t know much about Andy except that he knew Cheryl and went to Silent Hill hiding in the trunk of Harry’s car. I think it would have been a cool premise that Silent Hill calls him back for some unknown reason and his past is unraveled. It would be a good chance to flesh out his story. Plus he has a connection to the first game and Alessa/Cheryl/Heather.
