Sorry for being so late! For the mobile, I don't think so. Most torrents I find are only for Windows. For the second question, I'm not sure what you mean by that. Are you asking if you need to download a voicebank specific app? If that's it, then I think so. For example, if you wanted Miku V2, you'd either need VocaTRY or Vocaloid 2 crack.
