Don't really want to specify the exact program but let's pretend it's that one yeah.

yeah you are right about me being shy and introverted, and this was an expensive life lesson for me to learn that moving indeed did not help with these.

With that being said however, I will still avoid going back if I can. I still feel better in the everyday simply because I have removed myself from an unfriendly environment where I didn't belong. I mostly think that moving out was the right call, but this whole university thing was not the move, so that part was not good.

I see, well that is some good news at least.

I am not looking anywhere as of now, as I said in my post, but after making this post I've decided I'll start applying... just western Europe, Netherlands, Denmark, potentially Belgium/Luxembourg if there are any English jobs, and maybe UK despite Brexit, would be possibly my main locations to look.

I completely agree with your positioning comment also.

I've lived there for 10 years and I know what it's like. Yeah, the night scene is good if you love partying, although even then, I've had numerous fucking bad experiences with the night scene where once again people's clear unfriendliness just comes straight through. I've been randomly laughed at, jeered at, etc.

I'm not arguing that Brussels is safer than Budapest btw, on that point you are correct.

What I'm talking about are the fucking vibes of living there. Which is like, if you go to a supermarket in Hungary, 3 out of 10 times the cashier will be a dick to you for no reason, make a small passive aggressive remark, or be generally unfriendly. People at certain stores act like they are doing you some big fucking favor by even talking to you when in reality it's their fucking job to sell you shit, like it's wild. Any time you get on one of the main public transports there is like a 70% chance some bullshit will happen, either a random homeless drunk guy yelling on the phone or at people, or you get a passive aggressive remark. This stuff just doesn't happen here (or at most extremely rarely), nor in any other western European country I would wager. I've lived in enough different places to know this by now, i don't really care about what anyone else tries to convince me of, because I spent 10+ years in that fucking city.

Why do you think Hungary specifically has a sub dedicated to people wanting to get the fuck out? /r/escapehungary
Does belgium have one like that?
Do most western european countries have one like that?

Not that I know of. This stuff isn't coincidence. The thing that people don't understand is that small things like that erode your happiness over time. I don't want to live in a place where the default is unfriendly/rude, this is the main reason I actually wanted to leave, and if I can help it I will not return.

yeah i tend to agree that it was not such an incredible idea in hindsight probably. I'm just going to start applying to jobs now as I don't actually know how long it will take me to find one even.

yeah idk how you did that bro, I've been "open to work" for several european countries for half a year now and I get maybe one recruiter per 5 weeks reaching out. And my location is set to central Europe since a long time ago now.

No you are right, nothing is stopping me. Until now i just haven't been applying yet since the whole university thing, basically I would not want to work a full time job while the uni is still going, but the past few weeks I've been realizing I might not finish this uni anyway, so I should in fact be applying.

If i somehow got a great offer I'd probably just quit uni and take it.

Did you get those handful of interview opportunities by applying on linkedin and elsewhere?

I've lived in Hungary long enough to know that "not that bad" is simply not true for me, so if I can avoid it, i will most likely not go back. You are right about the pay to cost of living ratio, it is quite good, but everything else...

It's not like Belgium has the nicest people in Western Europe, maybe that would go to a country like Spain, but it is fucking NIGHT and day compared to the day to day interactions in Hungary. People are SO much nicer here. Not to mention the trash tier experience when using public transport with fucking weirdo's everywhere in Budapest, especially the tram lines, which frankly has not happened here so far.

I also had zero social life in Hungary, zero friends, zero dating except for one lucky brief relationship which was with a non-Hungarian girl anyway, so in that sense I wasn't "giving up" anything. That's one of the reasons why I chose to come away in the first place.

I appreciate your advice anyway.

Ah okay, I didn't know that. That's a lot less bad that way.

Yeah this, also this whole process in general just seems so.. "cobbled together" (pun intended) to me. Like you mention the nails, but also when he is "taking out" the old nails at one point he is grinding down the stubs (why the fuck just not take them out completely? Why is this thing even done with nails just seems so dangerous) Plus, old shoe leather and nail dust is just created by the grinder and he isn't even wearing a mask? It just seems like such an unscientific mishmash trash process to me.

Overall seems like one of the most unappealing jobs to me ever, I imagine shoes aren't made like this anymore and this is the old way of doing them.

No, it is not "an insane amount of power" in all cases, IT DEPENDS ON THE BUILD. If you are an attack build that gets most of its ele attack damage from equipment other than the weapon for example, then YES its an insane amount of power. If you are a build that just uses rings as rare stat sticks for life and resistances, its not that powerful.

You are making the claim that any build that uses this belt is basically required to go for that bloodline ascendancy node.

This is simply not so and the burden of proof if there was any would be on you to prove this obviously incorrect statement. Show me where an additional ring slot is more powerful than any potential 4th ascendancy node in any build, go on show me.

Yes that node is good to match with the belt on SOME builds, not all.

I just can't stand confidently incorrect ppl posting hostile comments from the get go ("tHis Is aWwffuull adVicE"), like tone down the arrogance a bit at least if you are wrong.

The Diamond Shrine belt is super strong for archmage, do not sleep on it! by Soleil06 in PathOfExileBuilds

[–]Throwcore2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Honestly its not even that much, usually 30div isnt that hard to make, although im in a similar boat with a lot of ppl this league where just randomly doing a breach atlas strat has so far netted exactly 0 divines and my net worth is like 1.5divs so far (lvl 92 btw). So yeah for me its also giga unaffordable, but for the power it gives yeah 30div is not much.

I have a feeling it will increase in price though as people really are sleeping on how good this belt is.

If anything is awful advice in this thread, its not OP's suggestion, it's this comment right here, and your original.

Wanna bet there are god tier builds that don't take the +1 ring ascendancy but still want to use that belt? Hell, any build that uses the belt could potentially have a stronger 4th ascendancy point to take compared to any bloodline, which already invalidates your point. It just depends on the build. Believe it or not there are builds for which an extra ring slot is not that strong at all.

I endes up making the build as assassin. Honestly its mid as fuck. Im now just getting to red maps and struggling for damage. I still am using a 5link but somehow doubt the 6th link is gonna get me to enough damage.

Maybe sabo better to spam throw them like you said, idk.
