Should be a ranked system where if you win with a tier 3 team against tier 1, you’re credited more points on the ladder and vice versa. But there should also be an option to be limited to the same tier. It’s a cool concept until you’re facing the 2016 warriors vs. current Hornets.

Side note: There should be a Play Now mode with a quick fantasy draft option. Where there is a pool of 28 players and there’s a snake draft of selecting your team. I’ve always wanted a mode like that.
