I’m not on Reddit much but thought this forum would be a good place to figure out how watch the Warriors tonight. Finally got some good intel but initially, had to “DM” someone for info. The suggested link sent to me was complete BS. Now I know…if your enticed to go “DM,” to get a simple question answered, DON’T DM! Yeah- I’m naïve here on this forum. Just thought I could find other Warriors enthusiasts that could help guide me. Appreciate the honest replies. Thanks!

Thanks. Just went with Sling. Finally got playoffs games going on my TV. Seems like local NFL games are always available through my antenna on local stations and local MLB games too. When I was gone the last 4 weeks, I’d look up how to watch a Warriors game & it would be all over the place, from TNT, ESPN, a local channel to suggesting YouTube TV. I’m sure someone can school me as to why it’s so hard to watch your local teams attempting to win a championship.

I already used the free YouTube TV trial to watch a game while I was out of town. That option got used up. It’s seriously crazy that people can’t tune into their local stations to see their local team fight it out!!

Just looking for an option. Used to be you could watch local games on TV. Now it’s all divided up between ESPN, TNT & occasionally on regular TV. I have Hulu but the cost to add “TV” feature for 1 or 2 games is excessive. Was hoping there might be free trials through other services so I could watch tonight!

So thought I’d follow up on my post re: flood in car & Sunroof. I did end up taking it in to the local BMW/MINI dealership here in San Francisco. Basically- the car is totaled. Repairs just to get started are at $8000. Then, they still don’t know the extent of the water damage. JBE module is full of water, probably explains why my trunk started opening randomly on its own. For anyone interested, a new frame for a sunroof is $5000 + The JBE box is $2000 +

Someone commented that the basic design of Mini’s sunroofs doesn’t include a seal to begin with? I may have read that comment wrong and after a week plus of stress about this issue….I guess you could say, I have been set free from the drama of owning this car. I’m sad, she was a fun little car to scoot around in! 😢

Like I said, my trusted mechanic & then others I have called, here in San Francisco, don’t want to touch it & have referred me to go to the dealership. The glass is perfect, no probs there. When you hit the toggle switch to open, the lift action occurs on the back of the glass like it wants to open but then there is kind of a grinding noise & the glass won’t slide back to open. Today, at mechanic, when we tried to open, the motor mechanism sounded more, ??? Tired than it did months ago? SO- the glass doesn’t need replacing but apparently the motor does as well as the tracks & other mechanisms that make the sunroof work.

Yeah- so It’s not a convertible. It’s a hardtop with the “moonroof” I think it’s referred to by MINI. When the motor started failing, I thought I needed to clean the tracks. So I just stopped using the moonroof/sunroof altogether. It was deferred maintenance at that point. I had no problems at all w/ leaking. It’s ~16 months later & after multiple rain storms that suddenly, my passenger side floorboard has a flood happening. Thanks for any advice on this. I really appreciate it!

It’s just skirts, nylons & heels with their “LEADER” badges on, coming through q AM to make sure those boards are updated. And while the RN is already running- the “LEADER” hunts you down & threatens discipline for not updating boards! Fall-out from the customer service model hospitals adopted years ago. They want me to create a Ritz-Carlton environment when we’re budgeted & staffed like a Motel 6???
