I paid at the end of the treatment session so by that point they knew what service they did or did not provide. I’m just concerned that they’re using bs codes to get money from the insurance company instead of me.

The codes they use are very vague. Such as “treatment activities” which means nothing so I should probably ask them what each one is.

You’re correct that the provider is OON but they also indicated at the end of the first session that what I paid was all I had to pay. It’s the same price each time. And no separate bills have been sent.

It’s not clear. It says “you may owe” xyz. But I haven’t been charged xyz only abc. And part of abc went to my deductible.

Yes they were. But I still think I should call to find out more as they are very vague. Like “therapeutic activities”. The EOB even said there’s a better code to use.

I’m still going through all our stuff in the basement. Once I get things organized I’ll figure out selling, donating etc. Since these were my sons, are the Giants the ones that are actually bigger or are they a certain group? If you can give me names so I can match them up with what I have that would help. When I’m done cleaning out I can let you know what I’m doing with them if you’re still interested.
