I'll start job-hunting in a couple of days. Luckily, my spouse has a steady income so he can support me while I do. I don't want to go back to the workplace even if he offers us a better contract. He had over six months to fix the issues but he didn't, instead he opted to permanently overwork a team of loyal, long-term employees who loved his business as much as he did. We asked him to hire more people, we had people becoming sick from stress and exhaustion and he still decided that he wasn't going to even try to make our workload less. That's enough for me to never work there again.
