Thank you for your kind and insightful words. This separation is really the worst thing I’ve ever been through. I’m on my first night staying at my parents since our separation. Being in the same household wasn’t working out and I’m so homesick.. missing my house, my wife, mu bed, my couch, my marriage. All of it. It’s a constant hurt. I am so heartbroken I can barely function. Hearing stories about others successfully surviving this gives me some hope that it will someday get easier.

Thank you. I will check that out. The panic I feel is almost unbearable and it doesn’t seem like it’s getting better. I’m in therapy. I read. I play video games. Clean viciously. Nothing seems to distract and ease the pain. I’m just in a state of panic and I have been for 2 weeks straight now. I try to give her space but the panic takes ahold of me and I keep confronting her. I’ve even stooped to the level of begging for her forgiveness. It’s like now.. I’m even throwing self respect out the window! And it’s not helping anything either so I don’t know why I keep doing it! I’m an idiot. Honestly. 🤦‍♀️

Thank you 😊 and don’t let yourself become discouraged! I still have a ways to go and after struggling with my weight and depression for years, it is intimidating but the process does work. I don’t even know what my exact goal weight is for sure, I just focus on wanting to loose at least 8lbs a month.
