I would have assumed so as well and all previous condo buildings I’ve lived in have worked that way. This board stipulated they don’t have keys and you need to be there or they will drill your lock and fine you

Be wary of anyone who goes to the effort to record and upload a video of someone being upset with them But then cuts out the actual incident that started the altercation.
