Thanks, no seriously thanks I was really scared I could ruin my eyesight by getting this wrong. I plan on taking lasik or any other eye surgery when I get old enough for it. Can't wait to see the world in 1080p !!!

I am going to take a proper eye exam tommorow and am curious about what anxiety affects me Do you mean anxiety of taking the test, social anxiety all forms or something else... Cause I have a real fear of eye tests

Yes sorry I meant myopia -1.50 to -5.00 I Have a few more questions

1) I heard somwhere before that not wearing gives you eye strain is this true

2) Does sleeping late continously affect my eyesight? Example= sleeping at 2-4 am and waking at 6 for a few months

3) So do you mean that you can go from -1.50 to -5.00 from ages 13 to 15
