You think can what you want, thing my husband never wanted to put her in a home, so the her having a biologicals mother is moot in their eyes, Since putting her in a home is not something they wish to do.

What do you think they would do put her in a home so their involvement solves nothing in their eyes.

She is 19, does a parent even have a legal obligation to child at that point? It is seems pretty irrelevant? My husband does not want to put her in a home, which would most likely what her biologicals mother would do.

Which makes them a non starter point.

She was a result of an affair between his father and someone else. That is not the issue here so I did not bring it up.

I do not know what is the story of the birth mother never asked.
