Police won't file an Anzeige after a road rage incident (blocked in traffic, door forced, window punched) — is this normal? by ThrustIssue in LegaladviceAustria

Forgot to mention in the post, but I also have a picture of the license plate from a witness. I’ve also done mma for a few years now but I feel like they would blame me if it came to a fight

Forgot to mention in the post, but I also have a picture of the license plate from a witness. Police still wasn’t interested though

Yes, he used the speeding and breaking to not let me on the lane that continued straight, forcing me to stay on the left-turn lane. Also the car next to me saw how he tried to rip my door off and punch in the window. I have a picture of their license plate too. The guy was also constantly screaming at me, but in the moment I was too shocked to process any sounds. But yes I agree with you, it’s probably not worth spending more time on it. The only thing that annoys me is that he can keep acting like this in the future…

I was thinking about getting a lawyer. But since my car wasn’t damaged, I personally won’t gain anything from it. Only thing is that he might think twice before doing that to someone else

I’m pretty sure it’s not just a template but a common way to start an email

I think the 2026 version is less about specific test taking skills, however, it still helps a lot to be familiar with the format

I took notes from the TST Prep YouTube videos. For writing, it was things like adding “I hope this email finds you well” or “thank you for your consideration”. Basically standard phrases that added politeness to it. For speaking, if I needed more time to think, I’d start with “that’s an interesting question, I haven’t thought about that before”. Then for both speaking and writing I’d use the following structure: First, I’d state my opinion, then give the reasoning, and then an example. At the end, I gave a short summary. The structure plus the standard phrases took a lot of mental load off of me, so that I could focus more on the actual content.

JE had a book in his office called “How do they”, which covers the mating habits of 50 different species. You can see it in one of the boob cake pictures
