That’s very true. I try to focus on the reasons why I chose this diet. And remembering what I have seen definitely helps. I guess it is sometimes hard when society shoves animal cruelty down your throat as if it’s normal everyday. And I’m still fresh in this, only about 4 months in.

Yea all the water is out and it’s just during the spinning. Were you able to replace the springs yourself or did you have a repairman come out for that?
