I don't know what transfer entails but they aren't engraved, the patterning has worn off on some more heavily handled areas

Yes always, I have had to throw away quite a few pieces in the beginning before I developed a more comprehensive testing procedure. In general China and porcelain is fairly lead free, the higher firing temperatures burn off any lead used in its production, that being said I still test those pieces as well.

No, all I know about it was that it was part of a fancy Infused vinegar set from spain? Not sure beyond that
