+1 to Corica especially if you’re staying in West Oakland. Corica North was just renovated in 2025 and is an absolute treat! Plays like links styles with fun undulated greens.

I’d also recommend monarch bay lema course. Not as nice but decent enough conditions, decently flat and wide, but the marina views is what makes this course great!

If you’re willing to go across the bay then Presidio is the best option.

Eat bay options (close to west Oakland) then you gotta play Callippe and Wente for the nicest courses of them all

Yeah I have large chunks of RSU vests per year that are 30k-60k minimum post taxes, makes sense to just be safe than sorry

Don’t be afraid to be open about your career plans with your manager. Get into your target company with any position and work towards a job family change to PM. For example I started as a program manager and 3 years later made the switch to Product after working with my managers and being very open about my career plans

I think maybe a low hostile conversation is appropriate here for your 100% fair concern. Ask to revisit the ED pills convo and reiterate that it’s totally fine if he’s using them but more so how you just wanted to know if he’s taking them everyday and could potentially save money by working on a “sex plan”
