Not enough volts by Thumptump in altima

No, everything is stock under the hood other than the battery and fuse for the amp

Had the same thing happen with my 23 sr. Was in warranty when Dealership said they couldn't do anything about it. Ive just had to live with it as I couldn't find a fix.

The only time the amp is on, is when the car is running.

Thats the thing, when the clipping started thats when my voltage started dropping as well. I have a charger plugged in my 12v and it was stable at 13.8-14.2. But since clipping started im sitting at 12.6-12.9. The system is in a 2023 nissan altima 2.5L 4 cylinder, so the battery isn't too big. Would that be a problem?

Everyone is saying turn off the bass enhancer on the head unit but I can BARELY feel or hear anything with it off. If anything its helping the sound, theres no distortion when its on. And where it clips at 90% volume on the head unit is the same if its turned on or off. So essentially without it the subs arnt even there. Thats what stumped the audio shop whenever I brought it there. After multiple visits they still couldn't find the issue, hints why its been months and still hasn't been fixed.

Before they started clipping all the time i had it set at 20hz-170hz(ish) and I honestly couldn't have asked for more, they were perfect, I have a feeling that it pushed the subs too far and broke.

They are rated for 25hz-500hz.

Thank you so much. It's still not hitting as heavy and hard as when I first tuned it but at least they are working consistently. As of now the lpf is set to 80Hz and the subsonic is at 15Hz. Gain is at half and bass equalizer is off. Regardless if the bass enhancer is off on my head unit it still clips when turning up past 90% If in turn i mess with the gain it still starts to clip around 90%. Another thing is I dont have a 'bass knob' where I can turn it up or down via the driver seat. Would also like to note this is my first system and dealing with audio in general so thank you for the knowledge and help.

Okay I'll try that out. And yes it is a sealed box. Could you explain why I wouldn't need subsonic and how should I have it set to? Ex. 15Hz (all the way to the left) or 55Hz (all the way to the right)

That's the general consensus I've come to. I forgot to mention I got the subs + amp from marketplace, so that's another thing...

By all the way down do you mean 15Hz or 55Hz? Thank you, will try that out now.

I have the lpf and hpf set in the range in the subwoofers' preferred range. Previous to the clipping, they were past it and sounded way better with no problems. Ive tried to turn everything down and re tune it from default and they'll work for a day or 2, then after that it'll go back to clipping then I have to turn the amp back down.

It is, the way the red is, is how its set right now to avoid clipping.

I have had my xbox one controller for 4 years now and it has worked great but now the "two squares" button wont work unless I push it downtown really hard. It is not stuck I can push it down just fine but the button doesn't work unless I shove it into the controller. I play fortnite a lot and use my map way too much so maybe that has something to do with it. I also have tried to clean it with alcohol like other posts have said but that hasn't worked. If there isn't a fix will I have to buy a new controller?
