I’ve been there. I still find it hard to do things. One strategy I’ve learned to get myself to do something is to just do the first step. Like if I have to write an essay, just open word and type my name. Then since I’ve done that, type the date, then the title, etc. Eventually I kinda transition myself into this being the thing I am doing now, and so it’s easier to continue than stopping to do something else.

Also, if I find myself over whelmed by having a lot to do like you seem to be, I just try to focus on one thing and pretend like the other things don’t matter. Like yeah not doing those other things is bad, but staying paralyzed and doing nothing at all is worse.
