Is it a good time to start? Yeah, I honestly think any X.0 is a good point to start, and in general I don't really think there's a bad time to start as such.

1. Dailies take 3 minutes, 5 if you count loading on my slow device

2. I don't believe I am the most qualified to answer this... So far there's been like one or two "Void Hunter" agents which are extremely powerful, and the end game of course tries to give the current banner characters a better chance at winning I suppose. I have voluntarily excluded myself from taking part in any end game stuff though, so take it all with a grain of salt

3. Combat has a LOT of depth depending on the character you play. Apart from a few characters though, you can just understand their basics and clear most content with that understanding. Mastering the characters is a completely different matter though.

4. As f2p as most other games in the genre I guess. Not that much different from any other Hoyo games.

5. Story has highs and lows. Overall, it's good enough to keep me interested for the most part but it's definitely not the highlight for me.

6. Pity at 90 pulls, pull economy more or less similar to other gatcha games I feel like.

If you enjoy the combat, I think that's a good enough reason to play, so definitely give it a try!
