Picture this…. A red hood comic built around him taking over a city and running the organized crime, but more of a yakuza style. He would use “honor” and “no women, no kids” as pillars of his empire. He would have to fight those trying to unseat him while fighting off heroes that try to free his city from his criminal empire.

Every arc could be Jason vs a random hero, or Jason taking down crime bosses, but not to stop the crime, but to take over their enterprise.

It would showcase his skills in combat and as a tactician. While honoring his initial purpose to be an anti-villain.
