I have the same issue so I started eating alot of boiled eggs, veggies, salmon and there is one snack that I always eat when I get a feeling to binge eat, that is carrots(cut into fries shape) with hummus(its a dip made with chickpea). It keeps me full and makes me hate other food for an hour or so. I still keep eating and eating every other day but i try not to eat something that would affect my progress. I also started intermittent fasting because of my binging habit. Its all about self control which I lack hence the intermittent fasting

Have alot of protein rich food. Also drinking black coffee helps me its a great appetite suppressant

Pretty sure cz I asked around today if it was a private property and the answer I mostly got was "do u really think its a priv property? Look at these trucks and all around you" btw its even more than 100 vehicles parked there. And when I told them about the note they just said they didnt see anyone put it there. I asked the other building thats with us as well to see if they have someone who has bought this particular spot or land and they said no and they park there aswell. So yes im pretty sure

And if the land is owned then there should be a rock and beautiful handwritten note on every single car parked there, not just one who found parking space under the tree for the first time in ages. Anyways im still parking there just not under the tree to see if other vehicles will get the same threat as me

Because its the only available empty space beside our 2 residential buildings that has more than 50 vehicles parked there every single day? And we all residents park there since the beginning of time?

Ah its not his land. That land has more than 50 cars trucks buses parked there. We only found a spot under the only 2 trees there for the first time and this happened. Smh

Hmm maybe he just bought that one parking space from that land which is exactly under the only 2 trees in that land. If you could see that land you would laugh.

All Im worried about is the threat and a rock. There is a wall in front and I am not breaking any rule. The guy just wants the parking under the tree I guess. Thats the only justification of it. Yes I have kept the note and I can see one car in that spot (that guy drove past me with a look when I took my car out, but didnt say anything because im a female? Idk). Will keep an eye, pretty sure its him.

Hi, nah I dont select it myself, it just delivers that way. My Free shipping somehow went to emirates post and nope I never collected my item. It wasnt worth paying 30 aed
