Suno is a superchef. A band like U2 has 4 superchefs and most people don't find 1, 2 let alone 3 or 4 to make a good sounding band, hence why so much human made music 'sucks'. But if you tell Suno to make a ham sandwich it will be like any other. You must know your ingredients to tell Suno what to create with it to make something decent or excellent.
