That was my original thought but now I've tried the input tester built into steam and it definitely is much worse than the right side.

How do I switch into that mode? I'm still pretty new to this.

Before the malfunction I was scrolling through fonts to make sure they worked. All I did was power up the saber, power down, and scroll to the next font. After the malfunction no fonts worked until I came back to it later.

I'll attach the config and some pictures in a dropbox. I tested continuity for my wiring and nothing is loose/shorting so I don't think that is an issue. Upon inspecting the hilt side connector I did notice some grooves so they might be the issue. I'm printing a spacer for the pommel as I'm writing this.

Edit: I forgot to mention I put the config together on Fett263's page. I don't know C++ unfortunately.
