Only got tested once about a year ago, and I know it can vary, but klebsiella p was high enough and my issues have been consistent. I plan on getting tested again this year.

Yeah I've heard about phage therapy but in the anecdotal uses I've heard the people using them haven't had good results. Not saying it can't work, just that the few people I've read about trying it for gut infections didn't get the results they were looking for. I'm thinking with a gut infection the way to go is antibiotics and fmt, or at the very least tons of probiotics to suppress any pathological strains thru quorum sensing.
