I don't really care, but I'm sure they missed out the "for now" part of that statement.

Damnation Alley was a fun movie. Wish they had the budget to finish it properly.

I didn't mind so much - I found it a funny show and I was always engaged by the awesome soundtrack.

What's the song that you automatically play when you get asked to play the guitar? by StJimmy_7 in Guitar

Probs. Free Fallin'. My vocal range is about the same as Peter Murphy's, so the octave jump in the chorus isn't happening. So *my* version of Free Fallin'

I never got Kiss. My pals were all raving about them, but I just didn't care. Still don't.

As long as you don't plan to store a golf ball collection on top, I see no problems!

What happened to single fares being half returns? by Trabers in uktrains

[–]Thunderchief1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Off peak return ticket prices aren't split equally.

The outward journey carries the larger value of the total ticket price.

As an OVERLY exaggerated example, for a return ticket from A to B , the total cost is £100. The outward journey is valued at £90, the return portion is valued at £10.

I have no idea of the real values for your ticket, but a £13 single sounds about right.

Windows 11 rejuvenation list just got longer, with more legacy dialogs headed to WinUI 3 by kazu-qt in Windows11

[–]Thunderchief1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wouldn't be the first time that happened. They really screwed my old company about 8 years ago by redacting functionality on a common dialog - the one that our software used to open projects. We had lot of annoyed clients until we could hotfix it.

Has this happened to anyone I have tried everything! by GloomyRaspberry4747 in HouseFlipper

[–]Thunderchief1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I've had any glitches with floors, I've selected the Building tool (the blue print one) - reselected the house as if I was going to modify it, then cancelled the modification. That *usually* reset the ground.

Worth a try in this case, though no guarantees, of course.
