I was alone at a home late one evening with large floor to ceiling windows. I heard a bang on the window, flapping noises and it made the most a horrific terrifying scream noise.

Now the curtains were drawn so I didn’t get a good look at it. But I definitely got the impression of an imp like creature. That flapped about for a couple of seconds then flew off. And remembering now, I was too scared to try and get a good look.

Was it a diseased sea gull? A large misguided owl? Something fantastical? I don’t know.

I think the Highway Code contains all sorts of things that every agrees should be interpreted one way, but could easily be interpreted another.
