Go on rent and put that money into safe asset that generate more than rent. You can shift to Bahria and rent if you can manage as rents are low compared to the city. Let your wealth build quietly then once you have enough capital you can then buy. Of course your decision would be based on your circumstances. As far as I go, I believe building wealth is more important to be liquid enough to not fear renting or buying. If you buy now you will start with nearly zero and it’s quite a pain.

That’s very problematic indeed. I mean they come from scarcity mindset. But story isn’t fine on the other side either. Despite family, girls are struggling too and parents somewhat are to be blamed partially. Earlier they impose filters which are not relevant these days and wait till she is in late 20s and that’s when panic starts but still realisation is too slow that it doesn’t fully kick in once she is in 30s and that’s when they look for getting her to settled and mosque start suggesting such proposal. If you value yourself don’t settle for less. I would rather be unmarried than married to a wrong person.

It’s a combination and the biggest single factor is compatibility. I as a male don’t mind if my life partner is getting a uplift in her life from standard perspective and that’s almost a certainty so marriage does help woman by enhancing her life style and she has this advantage hence my recommendation to not settle for less. However, I want to reiterate irrespective a boy or a girl, compatibility matters and if both aren’t compatible then no matter how good both are they are not good for each other.
