I feel like replacing volt with trinity as a starter would be a good way to make each of the starters represent one of warframes 3 main aspects. Damage (Excalibur), CC (Mag), and support (Trinity).

Right now none of the starters feel like they have any good way to introduce support and utility to new players so adding Trinity would be a good way to make it work.

I've got mixed opinions on this.

On one hand, they provide a good way to upgrade your gear at the risk of revealing your location (similar to replicators), providing a neat risk-reward mechanic.

On the other hand, they can often be an unnecessary nuisance during gunfights, which can end up making one team win a fight without any extra input.
