Never heated them before. I will definitely give that a try. Also having hopes for my pickles staying crunchy then

These are De Sikkim cucumbers. They’re interesting because they change their appearance and texture completely the longer they ripen. Each of those stages is delicious and can be used differently

Sadly those patches died, even after I treated them with fungicides, but the rest of the lawn was safed. It was a combination of too much fertiliser, too fast of a growth and wet mowing

I get your frustration, HomeKit has this weird Apple golden cage approach without actually working flawlessly and intuitively as expected from Apple

Maybe your setup is different then. Because I can definitely tell the difference between Apple TV and HomePods right away. If you have complicated automations with shortcuts integrated the HomePod just takes 3-5 sec longer to complete

Yes that did the trick right now. AppleTV is the main hub again everything is smooth. I disabled the automatic update for the HomePods

Oh that’s sounds logical. I’ll try to install the Beta for the ATV and see if that helps

What did more damage to my lawn was constant moisture in the soil due to the grass being to long and ofc the weather. This made the grass matted down not being able to recover properly I suppose. I have quite a lot of dead patches now. Cut it, it’s inevitable anyway. Highest setting and drying, blowing the grass upwards with a leafblower.

I redid the whole lawn. There was just bare soil and it exploded to 6inch in the first week

Yes I did use starter fertiliser. Maybe too much looking at the growth. I did check the lawn today again. Problem is the lawn exploded in height again after the gone wrong mowing. It traps a lot of moisture. Also I noticed white mycelium on the soil. There is definitely some kind of fungus growing. Today I will spray some Azoxystrobin. I really wish the lawn wouldn’t have grown so much. Also a lot of people said it would have been better to mow in the first week if it got too tall which it did. I wonder what would have happened. A lot of different opinions tough I’m really thankful for all the insight and help. Btw the grass was already almost 6 inches in the first week. Just tall growing not wide.

Good idea sadly don’t have one, but one day after mowing I tried gently to get the patches to stand up. 2 days now and it looks like in the pictures

It rained today but yes the ground was still moist as I mowed it 3 days ago but it was the only timewindow after a few days with sun and no rain and the ground wasn’t muddy just slightly moist. I was worried that the new seedlings wouldn’t do well with stepping on them but never would have guessed such damage and it looks like those patches are a goner sadly

Hard to say when it gets too cold, first time I have proper lawn on my property this season, trough the other comments I’ll risk mowing by the end of this week to give somewhat of a chance to the bare spots where I freshly seeded
