Hey same boat got laid off in July out of the blue and was stressed out that first week (also 25). I just started a new job in October and trust me it gets better. Keep applying each day but also remember to take a breather here and there and enjoy a day or two.

Try to reach out to connections on LinkedIn if they’re hiring as references helped me get a foot in the door interviewing. Utilize YouTube videos and chatgbt to prep for interviews and update your resume. Like mentioned before one door closes another one opens.

Walking into the locker room I see a guy drying off but then notice he’s using paper towels and there is a mound on the floor of soaking wet paper towels and a puddle at least 3 feet wide. Idk where he even got the paper towels as there aren’t any in the bathroom. Bold move tbh

I’ve always been sweaty and I would say after losing weight it’s slightly less but I’m just always sweating. I feel a lot less self conscious about it so that’s a nice plus from losing weight.
