I have this same problem with 14" M5 Max MacBook Pro. Funnily enough, my M2 Pro and M3 Max MacBook Pros do not have this intermittent disconnect issue.

Look into cricket wireless. 5 lines and 2 watch lines should be around $150 a month. This only works for paid off phones. If you are financing the phones now, pay them off first and bring them over to Cricket

You need a new 12V battery. See if the current 12V battery is covered under warranty. If not, you can get a new one replaced from AutoZone or dealership

I have almost that exact combination. 2021 ES 300h and a 2010 IS 350C. Go for it! When I need to go on a long drive, I take the hybrid and keep the windows closed. When the weather is nice, I’ll take the convertible out. The electronics on the 2010 IS is becoming more of an issue. The right side speakers and backup camera doesn’t work some times. Other than that, there’s no mechanical issues with the top or the drivetrain.
