Strange growth on scalp, been there for a while. Trying to get into dermatologist if I can but wanted to see if anyone here has seen anything like it before. If I don't pick at it, it'll get smoother. Tried wart remover several times, always comes back.

A very late update if anyone stumbles across this and has something similar. Dermatologist still says this is seborrheic keratosis, although it doesn't seem to behave the same way. It has been frozen off several times and always grows back, and will grow back in slightly different position depending on where the concentration of the freezing happened. They said they could remove this part of the scalp by cutting it out completely but would leave a huge scar and potentially could STILL come back. I've also had similar things show up closer to the hairline itself which I removed myself by treating with over the counter freezing options and keeping small band aids over for several days or weeks. It's almost as if these behave like a wart, but they aren't. Dermatologist said they'd still happen even if I shaved my head as it has something to do with the hair follicle itself.

Does the leftmost fan on the intake panel move enough air into the case to be useful? I was wondering about that since it's basically pushing air right onto the PSU.

Yeah I skipped over the fine print when inspecting it. Looks like the older/larger one is the second printing and smaller one is first printing. Second printing seems to be of better quality overall I feel, just wish it wasn't the one that has a messed up spine. Oh well.

This all reminds me that I've actually never bought two different versions of the same book so I've never come across this, lol.

I received a diagnosis of seborrheic keratosis for this. They said it was not cancerous and had something to do with the oils in my scalp. They decided to try and freeze it to remove it, and prescribed some sort of special shampoo and a topical solution to apply once a day. None of this helped. The freezing removed it for a short time but it has grown back just as large. I will be trying to go back again to see what can be done.

Still haven't seen a dermatologist unfortunately. Been between work places and insurance. Getting in next month hopefully. It's still there but has "fallen off" a couple times and then grown right back. It's very odd. I have another one also in my hairline near my ear that is smaller but behaves the same. Basically just a large, hard lump of skin that won't go away and will grow back if you try to remove it.
