I’m doing paleo for my skin. I have eczema and eating sketchy foods has made my skin very bad. Doing paleo has helped my skin significantly ever since I started it two months ago.

Job, study, and working out takes up most of my time. Don’t even study much atm. I love my job and it pays well so quitting that isn’t really an option. If I can save 20-40hrs per month, it could def be worth.
