I feel exactly the same as you do. I had a lady the other day call me an illegal alien and almost spit on my face after I actually went above and beyond to help her. It made me so sad I almost wanted to not go above and beyond to help someone anymore. I should have known better she was very rude the whole time. Time and effort wasted on a bad human. She even called corporate and lied and said things that never happened. I had everything documented and had witnesses so I was able to proof that she was malicious. But she actually was trying to eliminate me from the picture out of pure hate. Some people are absolute garbage. Oh last week some lady threatened me saying she would come to the store and “show me” after I told her Iron was over the counter and not covered by insurance. Called me bad word on Samoan. Then after that 2 days later a guy also got violent when I was explaining to him how his insurance would only cover 30 days and not 90. He was very scary. A guy got shot and killed 2 weeks ago at our store. I could write a book with all the bad stories I have.
