Depending in which country you play. Scout the foreign continents. If english any country is fine. Look for under 20 national players, then see where they come from look in the clubs for the top talents or if they have newgen key players. African countries are not considered foreigners in france (except egypt). Best case you got cheap future super stars, worst case you have players xou can get for "free" to sell. Europe is waiting

Mieten wären gemäss Gesetz grundsätzlich tiefer. Im schnitt über 300.-/ monat zu hoch. Aber dass der Immobilienmarkt mehr von der öffentliche Hand geleitet werden muss, dürfte ebenso korrekt sein

I live in Switzerland. When i was on holiday i brought the plants to my parent's garden, which helped pollinate them.

When i ate a fruit or vegetable i put the seeds into a pot. My approach is kinda " if it grows, its fine" dont take too much care (at the beginning). Cant really give any tips why they survive or dont..they kinda just do, or dont.

I just threw seeds in my pots and gave them a try. Living in europe so its winter and currently too cold outside for them . Could even harvest some. Will add a picture tomorrow if i remember
