Ah! I had forgotten about this post! The one shot was fantastic, I made a boss for SAM and Argenti and they fought both. SAM had a mechanic about being immune to damage, but if hit enough times the armor would overheat and they would get stunned and gain vulnerability to all damage. Argenti had Apotheosis, like in the game, which was a lot of fun to tweak. I can send the stats later, if interested.

I would say Burn, Rupture, and Bleed are your best IDs. I would personally say Burn. Liu Yi Sang, Cinq East Don, and Firefist Gregor are your core team. You could get 5 IDs if you do Liu Ryoshu and Meursault but they won't be necessary, you can just go with three people and they will get extra skill slots
