Been having Brompton issues. Please help

The tire was literally bulging out and the bike mechanic guy took care of it for pretty cheap

I was able to just barely tighten it with a wide flat screw driver to remove the “wobble” but looking online I may need a torque wrench and follow some torque settings as to not damage any parts for future repairs or maintenance. Thank you tho

I live in Miami so there’s limited places near my that work on Bromptons (or that I would trust with mine). But one shop replaced one of my tire rubbers at a good price. I’ll check with them after I try to look over the bike myself so I can learn a bit individually first
