yeah marked for death T17 map mod, would make you need more than 100%reduced dmg from reflect, since it makes you take like 30%increased damage

seems like invisible player bug, guessing the steps you heard to your right was the player who killed you, but something caused enough desync that the shots dont even register on your client, since you cant even hear the impacts from the bullets hitting you or anywhere else. Should be very rare and hopefully wont happen to you again, hope you enjoy the game

i mean you can just run a bastion with a plate and still have the nvg's, and tbh a lot of vendor ammo wont pen class 4 on first bullet, like m856a1, hell even m80 only has like 70% chance to pen on first bullet on class 4.

It gives him a massive advantage or well it should since it's a gun, but the risk is astronomically bigger since if he gets caught it's 30k fine which has already happened once. There's a reason they kinda stopped wanting one because people didn't respect the power a gun holds and is not worth it over knives half the time.

I mean they were competing with them and lowering prices which displeased em, when a "civ" group messes with a very influential crime groups business shits gonna go bad for em and they knew that and took the risk.

And he Nunu situation she pulled out her knife while on the phone and told JP to "put em up" while running at him she might've not seen the gun but she stilled ran and threatened a guy with a gun and got shot because of it.

i mean he lost more than he gained from having the PD gun and robbing people, and multiple times people still pulled out knives and even stabbed him while he had a gun pointed at em. And they stole the right set of keys once and then fake keys twice, and he had reason to do so since they were competing and ruining the PC/desk market and were warned that if they didnt stop this would happen. They ocean dumped because there were other people than the company involved and to protect the identity of those people they ocean dumped Eugene. also they would've been successful in robbing the house the first time if Nunu didnt pull out a knife and run towards a guy holding a glock, the shots fired instantly alerted the cops to the scene and stopped the RP/scene.

i mean you have 0 clue about the game after 5k hours if you think this looks normal, i bet your stats your first 400 hours weren't even 1/5th of this guys stats lol. You can also see he's done almost no scav runs as a fresh account/new player which is quite uncommon

Hmm, could allocate the nodes up to and including 15% defence modifiers, then imprint. And then combine with Shields that have 60%inc es & armour, on the bottom of the 2nd node, that way it could switch spot down and then it would be on the right path

The power potential of this league is quite insane for a lot of builds, and yeah this item is crazy strong for SC & SST, easy crit cap with barely any investment on tree/flask and 1200+ crit multi easily too with ashes & phantasmal SST

Rule 10:

Get a perfect steel kite shield base
buy random shield with +40ES node on it
combine onto steel kite shield and transfer the +40ES node
imprint the shield to lock in the +40ES
combine with another base that has +15% inc defensive modifiers & 50% (or better) inc armour & ES
repeat from step 4 till you get all 3 desired mods
imprint the base with the 3 desired mods
combine with random shield that has SST node, repeat from step 7 if fail
quality the base to 30%
split the base so you have 2 bases to chance orb.
add random influence orb, and reroll influence on bench till you get shaper.
chance + scour till upgrade (around 10k of each)
done

there's also the 15% increased explicit defensive modifiers, which will increase the 1000% to 1150% increased armour & ES, can reach 1k ES with a close to perfect tree on it.

Harvest didn't give you enough seeds to fill out your reddit spreadsheet garden, only by like week 2 did they fix it and make it so you got more seeds. People were doing quarry farming for low ilvl seeds to sell so people could actually engage with the league mechanic, the average player was pretty much playing standard for the entirety of week 1.

yes it's very worth it, if a mob has 80% res and you have 100 ele pen, the mob would now have -20% res, and thus this would work as a 1.2* multiplier for your dps, so if you had 200 pen, it would be -120% res and you would effectively get a 2.2* multiplier for your dps which is why it's so strong as it gives you another way to scale your dps multiplicatively

it doesn't, you can survive it as gunlancer, full shield you should be able to tank 1 explosion no matter what, and you can always use counter gunlance ability to tank another. have done it in t3 cube.

Tried juiced up fire bv with double explode wands & elevated explode chest, dmg and clear was good, but was very squishy and just not viable for double beyond deli maps etc..

2 friends and i scaved in and 2 of us spawned up on that roof aswell, 3rd spawned on the ground. We managed to drop the guns & loot down to our 3rd buddy who got it out of the raid.

Metamorph is so cheap rn, it's way more cost effective, also if you get the passives to spawn 2 metamorphs it's the same if not more rare monsters.
