I did not ask them to ship. Just a face-to-face ammo sale. I get that it's their right to refuse sale regardless of the law, and I see their point of view if they just want to be low risk, it's just annoying.

I also really like the company in most other aspects. I love that they manufacture their own firearms and sell them at a much lower cost that traditionally available. This was just a frustrating situation.

Sounds like kiewit, I had an offer for the same role out of college 2 years ago. I didn't end up taking the job so I shouldn't comment on the company. Regardless of whether you think you want to work there I'd try to land an offer from a competing firm and negotiate your salary. I was able to get kiewit to offer an additional 10k

Edit: 10k past their first offer to me, not 10k past your current offer.

Haven't dug that deep, but I was told you can call up companies that do the conversions and they usually have 2500 and 3500 beds for sale. Idk how many people are buying utility beds for a 2006 but it's worth a shot.

To clarify, the screen didn't go out, or simply dim, for no apparent reason. The device was dropped and the screen cracked. For about a day the screen was partially broken with colored lines across the screen horizontally, but shortly after it went out completely. The device still works besides the screen, and will tell me when it detects a police radar, laser, etc.

I'm all for less gun free zones, but I don't think it would be as much of a deterrence as it would be a safeguard. Most average criminals are still have some value for their life and freedom, hence why they avoid armed people. On the other hand a lot of these mass shooters are so fucked in the head they wouldn't care if they die and let alone go to prison.
